Bathrooms lack shower doors and floor mats!!! Noise from outside guests is disruptive from 4am!!! Windows do not close properly!!! Avoid lengthy stays unless you enjoy low standards and cold meals!!!

I was disappointed by the service at the restaurant. It took too long for anyone to attend to me on my first night, and I had to call the receptionist for help. Additionally, I felt uncomfortable with the attitude of a young staff member at the reception who was unhelpful and dismissive when I needed assistance on my last day.

The Luxury Triple Room was really comfy. The beds were plush, and everything was super clean. I loved how spacious it felt, and the decor was modern too. Just a heads up, the parking situation was a bit tricky since there's limited hotel parking. But overall, great spot!
